Sanitary emergency has been extended in Colombia

Sanitary emergency has been extended in Colombia through Decree 1462, 2020 until November 30, 2020. We can interpret this Decree and state that products declared by INVIMA for compassionate use in Act No. 3-2020 and Act 4, 2020 can still be imported with no registration until the mentioned date.

These products were declared of compassionate use due to the health situation the world is living. Nevertheless, once the emergency has been lifted, these products can be imported only if a health registration is in place.

Our recommendation is to obtain the registration to avoid inconvenient in the future.
