Important Information

Downloadable file corresponds to a specific cut-off date (in this case May 30, 2025). If you are a health registration holder and have already submitted your report but do not see it reflected in the document, kindly verify that the date of submission coincides with the cut-off date of the published file.

Additionally, health registration holders may access the "Online Consultation" document directly from the Semantic Standard platform. This document—free of confidential information—includes details regarding references, commercial presentations, UDI-DI codes, and reporting dates. To retrieve it, log into the Semantic Standard platform using your credentials, navigate to the “Report Consultation” module, select the “Online Consultation” tab, and click the blue button next to the corresponding health registration number.
