Resolution 222/2021 extends Sanitary Emergency in Colombia

Sanitary emergency has been extended in Colombia until May 31, 2021. Regarding Regulatory Affairs, means that products declared by INVIMA as vital non available (also called for compassionate use) can be imported with no registration until the mentioned date. Once the emergency has been lifted, these products can be imported only if a health registration is in place. Our recommendation is to obtain the registration to avoid future inconvenient.
