If their composition and indication for use is exclusively to lubricate intimate areas, they are considered medical devices class I
If their composition contains a natural product or Phytotherapeutic that does not exert a pharmacological action, will be medical devices Class IIa.
If their composition contains pharmaceuticals, providing nontherapeutic benefits they will be considered medical devices Class III.
If their composition is mainly a substance included in pharmacological standards and the main action is pharmaceutical and treats a physiological condition, the product can be pharmacological.
If their composition includes cannabis and the indication is therapeutic the product is not a medical device.
