INVIMA issued Resolution No. 2022500003/2022 by which it modifies former resolutions and suspends legal terms until March 9, 2022. Some services have been reestablished: i) Foodstuff and beverage department: New health registrations for foodstuff and alcoholic beverages, Free Sales Certificates, Certificates with no registration, Consultations before the Specialized Board of Foodstuff, promotional incentives, GMP visits, ii) Pharmaceutical department: New health registrations for pharmaceutical of Biological and Chemical synthesis, exporting certificates, protocols related to Covid-19 investigation, initial clinical investigation protocols, stability and useful life for studies not Covid-19, amendments to protocols not Covid-19 related, New consent for products not Covid-19 related, Importing applications of supply not Covid-19 related, deviations to protocols, GMP visit applications, renewal GMP visit applications, iii) Medical device department: New applications for medical devices Class I, vital not available medical devices and IVDs manufacturer´s registration, exhaustion of labels of vital not available products, requires not health registrations, recording human resource for the maintenance of biomedical devices, CCAA visits, Applications submitted before the specialized board, negotiation to mitigate shortage of Medical Devices and IVDs iv) Cosmetic, cleaning pesticides and domestic hygiene department: Application of health registrations for cosmetics, for pesticides, vital not available, requires not certificates, GMP visits, v) Sanitary operations: Importing licenses, sample importation for biomedical equipment, importing or vital not available, products covered by special public health measures, products for stability studies or other physicochemical studies, humanitarian donated products, not commercial samples for cosmetics, foodstuff, alcoholic beverages, hygiene domestic and personal, spare parts for repowered medical devices class I or IIa, vital non available medical devices or biomedical equipment, international donations, Covid-19 related donations.
