As part of the dossier to be submitted at INVIMA for registration purposes, a Free Sales Certificate - FSC- (Certificate of Foreign government -CFG-) must be provided.

When the manufacturer is not national, the document should be legalized through the Apostille or up to the Colombian Consul in the Country of origin.

What must be legalized? The seal or signature that appears on the original FSC/CFG and not the signature of the Notary Public (e.g. the notary public attests a copy and legalization is done to this document and not the FSC/CFG).
