As from September 11, 2020 masks are not of compassionate use and should be registered in Colombia.

Specialized board of Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents in Act 17, has ended declaration of masks as compassionate use.

As from as from September 11, 2020, import, manufacture and / or marketing in the country of these products must be registered to be commercialized.

Parties listed as manufacturers of these device or have importing licenses in progress

will have thirty (30) calendar days, from the publication of this Act, to complete its

import and manufacturing approval processes. Once this term is over, these products must have a health registration to be commercialized.
